Instructions

Preheat oven to 400F to heat while you pre slice vegetables and sausage into thin bite sized pieces and put aside.

Place your crust onto your baking sheet and apply a thin layer of marinara sauce, leaving up to an inch of space around the edges.

Arrange a thin layer of spinach directly onto the sauce. This will help them lay flat. Next, add a layer of cheese. The thickness of the cheese really just depends on how hard you wanna go. Arrange a handful of each of your toppings evenly over top of your cheese layer.

Once your oven has preheated, place your pizza on the middle rack and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust and cheese becomes browned around the edges.

Notes: Now that you’ve got the basics down you can customize your pizza however you want. We used the Field Roast vegan sausage and vegan mozzarella cheese however, use whatever protein or cheese you prefer.
